At Comida de Campos, we have embraced farming
as an extension of who we are. Although not certified organic,
the family maintains a chemical free environment, especially
since we produce mainly for ourselves, and
our guests. Our vegetable crops typically include:
beans, chile, eggplant, various herbs, potatoes,
asparagus, corn, tomatoes, onions,
cabbage, chile,
broccoli,.....or whatever else we might be inspired to grow that Spring. Our fruit crops include: raspberries,
blackberries, peaches, quince, nectarines and more.....
Whether you're interested in cooking, gardening, or just
relaxing, we invite you to come
and stay a while. Take part in one of our culinary, clay or weaving
classes for adults and children alike.....or plan your next meeting, reunion or social event. Facilities and on-site catering available....call for more information.
Comida de Campos is a place where fresh produce, authentic
New Mexican recipes, hands-on cooking and timeless hospitality
will delight your senses and warm your heart. |
